To apply for membership in Niagara's Choice Federal Credit Union you must qualify based on one of the criteria above.
To become a member you must complete a signature card and make a minimum deposit of only $5.00 to open a "Share Savings" account. Recent Federal requirements include providing valid photo identification when opening an account. If you would like to receive a signature card and have a credit union Member Service Representative contact you complete the form that follows. The following page and the information collected is transmitted using a secure Internet connection to protect your privacy.
