There's no annual fee, and you have easy access to your line-of-credit whenever the need arises.
Interest paid may be deductible under current IRS regulations (subject to IRS restrictions; consult your tax advisor for full details). The Credit Union is currently paying all third party fees associated with this loan. Other third party fees charged by the appraiser and title insurance companies are paid by the Credit Union.
Processing time from application to completion can range anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks.
